Introduction: I listen, a lot of other photographers have their own way of doing things and never seem to deviate from that way. I feel that you need to listen to the client in order to provide the type of customer care that they are looking for. I live for the WoW moments. That time when the customer looks at their photographs for the first time and their eyes sparkle and they smile and say WoW !!. The WoW moment is what photography is all about for me.
