- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Yes I do. For service calls I charge a $85 service charge plus $85 per hour. For something more complex I would have to charge for time and materials for that particular job. I also give the customer the option of purchasing their own materials to cut costs.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I do believe 1st impression is everything. I consider myself to be a business man. When a customer gives me the opportunity to do a job for them I strive to make that 1st impression a good one. So we may grow our business relationship for years to come.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have 10 years of experience. Which is all on the job training that can be divided among three major companies that I've had the pleasure of working for.
