While I liked the way the pics turned out, I had to regularly initiate conversation and inquire about location of services as she offered to look at different spots near me for best pics. She was apologetic and I was understanding that life happens. However, my photos were taken in February and it’s now may, and I have had to reach out twice about getting my printed copies that were apart of the package.
