4 Hour Wedding DJ Service includes the following: -1 Lavalier Mic -1 Handheld Wireless Mic -Speakers for the ceremony (Reception Range covers up to 200 people) The standard price for this service is $400.00
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When dealing with a new customer, I typically start with a consultation call/email regarding the event in question. Once I have secured the details for the event, the next step of my process is to send a price quote to the customer regarding the event in question. If the customer agrees to the quote, I then direct them to my website to fill out a form relevant to the event. This form includes information such as the event location and type, music request list, expected age group, services needed, and the length of time needed for service of the event. Customers then are sent an invoice regarding the price of services and a deposit is required in order to secure the event services. Communication will occur between the booking of the event and the exact event date regarding minor details of the event for finalization. Once it is time for the event, early arrival and set up will occur before guests arrive. Finally, after the event is finished, a thank you email will be sent along with a link for customer review for customers to fill out regarding my services rendered.
