Coty and Branden did a great job replacing and extending our existing patio and installing a dry bed to improve the drainage from our back yard. Day one of the project began and an unpredicted day rain event began the same day. The team was there everyday to ensure they stayed as close to schedule as possible and ensured there was no negative impact to our yard due to the rain. They and their team were always available for updates and questions; whatever we needed. Coty was on-site everyday observing and tweaking whatever was needed. Finished product was just what we wanted. Couldn’t be happier!!

-Admin office gets in contact with client and schedules meeting with salesperson.
-Salesperson contacts client with day before scheduled meeting confirming time and date are still valid.
-Salesperson calls client while in route to client.
-Salesperson meets with client gathering all necessary information.
-Salesperson creates quote and delivers via EMAIL and TEXT.
-Salesperson calls following day of quote sent for any questions and status of client answer.

Coty started in this industry at the age of 13 wanting to earn money for himself and his family. He stayed in this industry through high school and college working every summer and every holiday available. After college, Coty went to the Marines for four years putting a hold on this chosen career path. He tried multiple careers after his duty in the Marines, but ended up right back in the career field he started in and has loved it ever since.
