- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I charge $45/hour and $10 each additional hour.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When I meet a client for the first time, we spend about 15 minutes getting to know each other. I let them know my expectations and find out what theirs are. In a normal session, the lesson is broken down into 15 minutes grammar, 15 minutes, pronunciation, 15 minutes, spelling, and 10 minutes conversation.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am currently an English instructor at a local community college, so I am constantly honing my skills.
