FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We offer free inspections to assess your water, fire, mold, or biohazard damage thoroughly and provide you with a clear plan for restoration. Our professional team will evaluate your situation at no cost, so you can make informed decisions about the next steps without any obligation.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our typical process for working with a new customer includes the following steps: Initial Contact & Free Inspection: When a customer reaches out, the first step is to schedule a free inspection to assess the damage thoroughly. This inspection allows the team to understand the extent and severity of the water, fire, or mold damage. Damage Assessment & Plan Presentation: During the inspection, professionals evaluate the affected areas, identify hazards, and determine what can be restored. They provide a clear and transparent restoration plan along with an estimate for the customer to review. Emergency Mitigation (if needed): If immediate action is required to prevent further damage such as stopping the source of water or boarding up a fire-damaged area, the team takes quick mitigation steps. Water Extraction & Cleanup: The process starts with removing any standing water or debris using industrial-grade equipment. Removal of unsalvageable materials like damaged drywall or carpeting may be necessary to enhance drying effectiveness. Drying and Dehumidification: After extraction, specialized equipment is used to dry out affected areas and reduce moisture to prevent mold growth. Final Inspection & Customer Follow-up: After mitigation is complete, a final inspection ensures all work meets quality standards. Our office follows up to ensure customer satisfaction and address any remaining concerns.
