Introduction: We started a cleaning business a few years ago and it has progressed as time has gone on from residential, commercial and property resale. Anything from touching up a home to keeping a business clean for its employees. We continue to offer QUALITY. If you're interested in a quality service - we are your fit. As a mother and business owner, we have many adjustments and learning curves from business mistakes, to schedules. Lots of learning comes with running business for the first time and even more, personal development. We are always aiming to be better versions of ourselves and the best service possible. We have the stamina to complete and follow through on the tasks that most people do not want to do or can start. We offer a solution to those who need help to declutter their homes and make a new and refreshed home where there once wasn't. As with any professional services I require a base minimum. I require a 4 hour minimum or payment of $150.00. We have a home life and schedule. Our time is valuable -just as yours and we respect it fully!

I cannot say enough amazing things about Laura! We recently bought a house and she came to do a deep clean before we moved in. The house was immaculate! She cleaned things I would have never even thought about cleaning. Her attention to detail is AMAZING!! I would recommend her to anyone and everyone!

I have 4 inside dogs that shed. Laura was able to work around my work schedule and come deep clean my house. She got up the dog hair that floats everywhere and gets stuck in all of the random places that I forget about until company comes! My house has never looked better. It smells great—not like chemicals—and I’m lucky enough to have her come for regular cleanings now. Thanks for caring about my home and making my life easier!

Laura came to our rescue and helped us reclaim the whole bottom floor of our house. We had rows of rows of stacking shelves and other various piles full of boxes and miscellaneous items. Laura is very motivated and driven and pushed through a project that we had put off for 8 months in a matter of 3 days. She exceeded all expectations. She was punctual, creative, friendly, hard-working, and very reasonable. Would hire again in a heartbeat! Laura and her mom truly know what it means to bring the magic. They arrived punctually, and after a quick walkthrough of our home, and double checking what we discussed our needs were, they got right to work. We maintain our home well, but were looking for a deep, detailed clean after being here for 2 years (and bringing two dogs into our home). They exceeded all expectations we had. Each windowsill was cleaned, the individual panels on all of our blinds were spotless, baseboards looked brand new, the bathrooms... polished too perfection. I could go on and on. When they were finished, it felt like walking into our house when it was brand new again. The overarching needs of each room were certainly addressed, but the magic is really brought in the details of the work they do. There was not an inch of my home that did not exceed expectations. What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing varies from house to house, room to room do you want deep clean vs standard. Condition of the rooms is a variable to consider room by room. Also, some things aren't included but can be done for extra. This includes: Appliances, windows, washing trash cans, moving furniture, etc..
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Specify your needs and wants. Set a new CLEAN standard for you. I am all about making sure you're happy with my services. That takes priority and that is what keeps me in business. It matters for me just as much as it matters to you.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I graduated High school and I attended college for a year. I wasn't happy there. I like being busy with my hands and I found a niche for my skills.
