Introduction: I have 30 years of experience in providing EAP (Employee Assistance Program) services and mental health counseling for teens, adults, couples, and families regarding major life issues, including mood and anxiety disorders, separation, divorce and family changes, grief and loss, change of life transitions, eating disorders, physical, sexual, and emotional abuse, trauma and other fears, substance abuse, and other addiction behaviors.
Using a holistic approach to preventive mental healthcare, I strive to provide support and teach coping strategies to help clients make decisions in confronting life's dilemmas.
