- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I have standard pricing for sessions but I also am happy to discuss your needs and budget and work with you. I accept credit and debit cards via PayPal, offer payment plans when necessary, etc.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Communication is key - emailing, phone contact, texting, etc. to discuss your photography needs, schedule the session(s) and confirm time, location and date. Reminders, follow-up after the session, proofing help, ordering assistance, etc. I am happy to offer in person ordering sessions upon request or online proofing and ordering if you prefer it.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am always taking photography classes and courses to help improve my skills and knowledge. You can never learn too much and there is always room to keep growing!
