- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Each customer's need is different and each quote is customized for their need individually. We do not use a "standard pricing system" but work with the customer to best meet their need at the most affordable price.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We meet with each customer for a consultation to provide a free inspection and answer any questions they have. We provide them with the best options available to meet their need.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have over 30 years experience in the construction industry. This experience is of a wide range which includes building houses from the ground up. This gives me a vast working knowledge of structural requirements and solutions. I also stay up to date on new products and continuing education training requirements to keep up with today's changing industry and codes.
