- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We aim to work within YOUR budget. This is Paxton's first business (but don't worry his Dad is a pro and has organized events for years). This means you get years of experienced on the budget for a brand new business owner!
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
1. Let's set up call with the manager Mike (also Dad) to check to see if DJ PAX is a good fit (and to reassure you!) 2. If Mike sees that it is a good fit, he will introduce DJ PAX as well. 3. Confirm dates and pricing. 4. Send over ideas of the type of songs or playlists you want. 5. DJ PAX will work with Mike to get the mixes set up and the right songs ready for your event. 6. It's time to party!
