Wildly pleased with Stone Cold Air quality and service!

Stone Cold Air Conditioning and Heating changed out our central unit last week and today, I had them come back and service our ductless split unit in our sunroom. I have to write this review and just tell everyone how incredibly pleased I am! They are extremely knowledgeable and courteous; very thorough and did the work for a very reasonable price. I cant say enough good things about them. In times when people dont respond to calls in a timely manner, are late showing up, and when they do they are unprofessional, Stone is by far the exception to the rule. I highly recommend them. They truly earn your business.

Came out fast and repaired the issue I had with my unit. Unit is only three years old so part was covered under warranty.

Over the course of my adult life (I’m 62), I’ve had to have several systems installed. So when my last system “died” I dreaded going through that whole process again. But Stone Cold made it our most positive experiences we’ve had in HVAC work. My dread was unfounded. I’m very, pleased with the work done, the professionalism, and the value provided.
