It's just depends what owner wants done and how big the property is.

Introduce myself give them a business card tell them what I do and take walk thru and let the owners tell me what they want.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I worked in Destin FL for about 10yrs cleaning condos and houses plus side jobs around town I clean offices,churches,construction cleans,houses,ect... I have plenty of training and references also.
