Just completed a ceiling repair that another contractor started but didnt care to finish. From the very first contact with the owner Andrew, I experienced nothing but the utmost professionalism. Andrew was immediately responsive to my inquiry and request for a quote. He arrived on time and wearing a company uniform. The work was outstanding, a very reasonable price, and he completed the work within the time frame he quoted me on day one. Additionally, he was able to answer multiple questions about future projects and I did not feel as if he was just trying to sell me as his recommendations were thoughtful and reflected highly on his business and personal ethics. He has 'whole homebuilder' experience and was able to advise on a wide range of concerns I had as a new homeowner. There is no doubt I will be trusting Island Pro Care with my next project.
