Graded parts our lawn then filled in with topsoil to eliminate holes in the yard. They also pulled out several bushes and put out mulch in my flower gardens

HIS landscape installed sod to my side and back yard and applied seed and straw to some areas as requested. Mark O'Neal is a professional who genuinely cares to meet the customer's need. He was readily available to get the job done. He kept me informed of the status each day until the job was complete. HIS landscape provides quality work and I am pleased with the outcome. One word and three syllables: OUTSTANDING! I was really pleased with the quality of the work. My yard looks so much better. Mark was able to suggest some changes that I had not thought of and I am glad I took his advice. My yard looks less cluttered and now has that thing called.........Curb Appeal!

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I do have some somewhat standard pricing, but not many. Every job terrain and detail are different. I rarely ever quote anything without seeing it first.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Starting off with a phone conversation is always best. It's hard to accurately estimate a job without proper knowledge of the job detail. A quick phone call allows us to discuss the project and ask or answer a few questions prior to an onsite consultation and measurements for the job.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been in the landscaping for 18years. There not much I have not seen or done before. Experience, knowledge, and attention detail are unbeatable traits to have!
