I am ALWAYS reading and trying new routines out on myself before implementing them on clients.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
It goes back to my passion for helping people and helping them reach goals. I've seem so many people give up because they had no one supporting them. Everyone needs help at some point and I love being the one to encourage them to finish.

Customized workout plans, one on one training, meal plans.
