- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Yes we do have standard prices for gutter cleaning, flowerbed work, etc, but most of our mowing jobs are priced per square foot.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We first do an analysis to see the healthiness of the lawn. Then we create a plan to start your project. We then give the customer and services agreement that gives the customer a copy of the plan.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Only Grass Turf Specialists is always researching our craft, and going to trade shows. We have passed certification on lawn care management. We now have over 7 years in the field of lawn care.
