Matt was awesome! He was very professional and friendly! He showed up on time when he said he was going to. He is very knowledgeable about his products and he doesnt try to sell you all the unnecessary stuff. We wont be using anyone else but Spartan Heating and Air!!!!

A few days ago my air went out in my house making it miserable. A friend of ours recommended Spartan Heating and Air. I called and spoke to the owner, Matt, who went out of his way to make a service call on the weekend. Matt was extremely thorough, checking every component and explaining what he was checking and why along the way. After finding the problem, Matt was able to replace the part and get my air working again. Professionalism at its best and extremely knowledgeable. I will definitely be using this company again and will recommend him to anyone needing work done. Hands down 100%satisfied. Thanks Matt.

Had the absolute pleasure of having Spartan come out today to fix my ac system. The service tech was very professional, and had my system up and running in no time. I normally don’t write reviews, but after dealing with other companies in the past and comparing all of my experiences, this was hands down the best and they deserve the recognition. Professional, affordable, and quality work. Glad to have found my new Hvac company.

As a new home owner we needed more than just service to our HVAC unit. We needed someone we could trust to help educate us on how our unit works and what we need to know about maintaining it. Matt went above and beyond and spent lots of time with us. He didn't try to upsell anything and filled us in on what we needed and what we didn't. We were so impressed with him and the service. You couldn't ask for a better, more honest, qualified service. We HIGHLY recommend Matt and know you will be just a satisfied as we are. If only everyone were as honest and hard working as Matt the world would be a better place.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our prices are very fair and competitive. We consider ourselves middle of the spectrum as far as prices for our services. We are not going to be the cheapest out there and we’re not going to be the most expensive either. When you trust Spartan with the work for your home, you get 5 star service for affordable pricing.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I’ve been in the HVAC trade for going on 15 years now. I’ve completed NATE and Nexstar training and certifications, fully registered by the EPA, fully licensed with the state HVAC board. I also take multiple continuing education classes each year.
How did you get started doing this type of work?
Nearly 15 years ago a friend I went to school with asked me if I wanted to start working with him for his brothers company. I was intrigued by the trade and took the opportunity. As I became more familiar with the trade I began to enjoy it even more. Fixing something, especially something that gives someone comfort, was one thing that made me feel helpful and I’ve always appreciated that feeling.
