Introduction: Prompt, respectful service. When someone calls you for a repair or new construction they don't expect to have to wait forever for you to get to them. I have gotten out of bed several times for busted pipes, to tarp a roof from tree damage, etc... I stand out simply because my word is my bond. Connecting with my clients. Most don't realize it but when you find a contractor that earns your trust, he or she will be the one you call on through the years when you need someone. Also, I take a lot of pictures, love to see what I've created.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
On most roof repairs, fencing, etc... I know very well the time involved to complete. On average I charge a $450 daily fee plus any material cost. Larger jobs are done at a set price with the State of Alabama contract for general services.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Initially a no cost first consultation. Where I either inspect damage or make the material list needed to complete repairs or to start a new project. Then call in the material list to my suppliers to get a quote, add my labor quote, then contact homeowner with all information.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Carpenter label earned through the ranks from when I started as a carpenters helper. O.S.H.A. safety certified classes obtained. Blueprint layout and design, Burkes Machanical. Chemical spill containment certified. Class B operators license. Certified fitter and welder.
