- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing is very reasonable. I give holiday discounts and work within their budget.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Each client is different, some comes with situations. But in the end, I will give them the price most lawn services will charge, then I give them Brothers Professional Landscaping price, which is always lower.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
My training is the 23 years I have invested into landscaping.
