- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
My meet and greet typically... I'll come to you if need be. We talk on things /services you may need from me. Choosing what you have in mind for me to do... Once you chose your courses.. I normally would do a small sample of the things you choose... We would meet again to let u sample if that's what you chose to do. Some trust that the food is excellent and others like to sample. I don't mind it's up to you!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Well I started in my grandmother's kitchen... I was taught by her to do most of my cooking. I've worked in restaurants prep cooking and did some line cook work. I have restaurant training.. Fast paced if need be.. I put my heart and soul into my work. Some things come natural to some and this is my thing!!! Whatever is laid before me I can master it! It's in My Nature to be in the Kitchen! 😉
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I've been cooking since I was a young child (12 years old).. My grandmother did catering services for many years. I was taught to cook everything by my Mother and Grandmother whom of which were personal chefs to sum! I've learned to master my craft. Now I'm off trying to expand my catering services as well as private cooking lessons!
