FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Subject To Change! When the client asks of labor/conditions outside of what is agreed upon in the contract, prices are subject to change. Working with Faith In Three Productions, we understand that things spontaneously happen when you least expect it. Which is why when anything spontaneously happen, we work with the client, to still make our service affordable, without the fear of over budgeting. Deposits for events are non-refundable, but any funds spent thereafter for that event, may be refunded.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Introduction- Myself or associate of the company, take time to get to know the client first and foremost. This gives the client a chance to get comfortable with the photographer/videographer. When a friendly bond is established, we move on to the next step. Consultation- In this step, the client puts it all out on the table. What the client want, needs, the whole 9 yard. Here at Faith In Three Productions, we pride ourselve on honesty. Which mean, if there is something that we can't do, we tell you right then and there, simply that we can't do it. We can and will attempt to try it, if it is the client's wish. This way, there is no sense of dishonesty and no surprises after the finished product. Production- This is where all the magic happens! Everything that was discussed in the consultation, is brought to fruition. Review & Purchase- After the production is done, we sit down and go over what has been produced. With the photos/videos, the client pickouts what they want to be retouched and purchased. Like photos, the customer has the same opportunity to review the video footage and also purchase. A estimated delivery date is also given at the end of the review. Editing- From retouching photos, to adding titles and end credits in videos, we do it all. Delivery- After all the editing has been done, the client is contacted on the day of or sometimes before delivery, for pickup.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a AAS Degree In Photogrphy. While in school I studied film, as well. While I was getting my degree in photography, I also came to realize that videography was also a big passion of mine. Some like to be the person in front of the camera, but I prefer to be the person behind the camera's footage. Editing is where all fun is! Whether it be photo or video, I love it!
