Introduction: I with approach my assignments with the intent of not only resolving the matter permanently systematically going over everything that I've performed to make sure that I've covered all aspects of device to insure that its functioning as it should. If for any reason it has not been accomplished to the clients satisfaction I'll do one of two things. 1.) I'll fix the whatever the matter is. 2.) I'll provide a full refund. 3.) I also give a 1 year warranty for the work that was performed. The customer MUST not have altered the system in any way software / hardware for the warranty to remain valid. The fact that I can offer guaranteed results and don't charge anything until after any work has been performed.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
No, this is dependent upon the work to be performed. Rather than charge for each task I've bundled them all together. i.e. Software upgrade, virus removal, lcd replacement.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Yes, and to get the CompTia certification in that area of training.
How did you get started doing this type of work?
I realized that the world was gravitating towards technology and wanted to have the needed skillsets / education that would provide me the ability to perform this kind of work successfully.
