I am a resident of Baldwin County, Alabama. Our home flooded April 30, 2014 - May 1, 2014 as a result of the rains that hit our area and others for 3 days. We had two feet of water in our home for five hours. On May 2, 2014 the PuroClean team started our restoration process. I was overwhelmed with grief and emotions as was my husband. On May 2, 2014 the PuroClean team started our restoration process. I cannot say enough about Jack and Jessica Clausheide and their Team. I never would have made it through without them and yes they went above and beyond. The process took over three weeks with humidifiers remaining for five to six weeks due to the massive amount of water that inundated our home and belongings. Jack was diligent with the humidity control until he was certain the levels were accepatable before removing them. His team were delightful to work with and were such a comfort to me often bringing my spirits up by making me laugh during the days of clean up. We became like family during those weeks. of the massive clean up required in our home. He and his wife and team are quite well trained to tackle anything. His wife assisted me with itemizing the thousands of personal belongings which were damaged for insurance purposes on a special software program to present to FEMA. I was impressed with the entire process, knowledge and acute communication their team members had with regard to valuable items, sentimental items which they sensed I would not want to discard. If needed I would not hesitate to call them in the event of another catastrophic event. The team worked long days often into the evening always with the most wonderful demeanor each day. Used Jack Clausheide and PuroClean for a house I own that had been closed up for a couple of years. Needless to say there was mold present as well as some rodents that needed to find a new residence. Jack came in and did an assessment of what was needed to be done and the price was very fair and reasonable. The work was done promptly and on schedule as well as professionally.
