Bluzman did an awesome job being the DJ at my 55th birthday party recently! The Majority of the guest were female and he played all the right music and the karaoke was a lot of fun

Being a part of the largest African American motorcycle club in America, we have a responsibility to maintain a high standard. That being said when it came time for our National event which ganders people from all across the world we tasked DJMACLARRY to provide a selection of music from all genres. I must say he not only rose to the occasion but far exceeded our expectations as well.

The vendor showed up on time and was communicative. However, his sound system was poor in delivery for our huge venue with two story ceilings (Space and Rocket Center). It was plagued with static, background noise, acoustics issues the whole night. He came to the venue ahead of the event for inspection before a commitent. He said he could do the job. There were no hidden factors. I would not hire him again. He seems to be successful in small venues. He is not seemingly equipped for huge venues. He is not capable of covering the footprint of a large business or corporate venue. Also he does not admit this limitation when discussed in the public domain.

First of all this was a very dificult client to work with. She wanted $1800 worth of DJ service for $500. My sound system is fine. I have played at venues twice this size as well as out side venue with only two speaker. For Jackie event I had two speakers and subwoofers. She had an older growd and I didn't want to play the music too loud. I event had one of the older gentlement come and ask if I could turn the music down some. I never got my volume up more than 1/4 volume, which mean I had anothe 3/4 to go if needed. The guest seem to enjoy the music very well, the dance floor stayed accupied. Many of her guest came to me after the event and told me what a great job I had done and ask for my business card. Everyone seemed to be pleased, but Jackie, there was no pleasing her. I can't believe she would try to hurt my business by writing these lies in a review. If anyone who is considering hiring me, I have video's of Jackie's party showing the dance floor and the sound of the music that I can send you. Thanks, DJ Mac Larry

I am one who enjoy what I do. And that why I don't charge much. But for a business to be sustainable, you'll need a pricing strategy that generates adequate income while also being attractive to customers.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When working with a new customer, I like to get the lay of the land so to speak and find out everything I can about what they will need for there event.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I've been entertaining people with music since I was a young lad. I been working as a professional DJ since 2009. I work at a large night club on a Military base in Fort McCoy, Wisconsin. Being on a military base like anything else you have to be trained. I was mostly trained on how to be play all music genre and how to read the crowd in order to know what to play next.
