I recently hired Mischa to create an on-boarding manual for my new team members and she did an outstanding job. This was an original project which required her ability to listen and interpret my vision, when I was not yet totally clear about how the final product would look and be utilized. Mischa was delightful and very easy to work with while always presenting a high degree of professionalism. She was a good listener, astute and patient with the ability to translate and quickly draft me content to respond to. I was never the one waiting on her. If we had any delays, they were mine and she was on task and 100% accountable for all commitments and deliverables. It was a satisfying collaborative process and I got a great product as a result that will be a great tool for my business. I would happily work with Mischa again and would recommend her highly to anyone looking for a smart, result oriented professional who would be a great addition to any team or organization.
