I located this company on-line because I was looking for a local computer repair company who offered a free diagnostic on my external hard drive. I got an immediate answer on-line with a guesstimate price and possible explanation for the problem. I then called them and asked if I could bring it over for inspection. They said, "of course." Within 45 minutes after I returned home, I had a callback telling me exactly what the problem was and the cost to fix it. I worked with Chad who answered all of my many questions and gave me his best advice, which I agreed with. The service was very fast, most efficient and and very, very affordable. Within a few days, I had a new hard drive inserted and all my files recovered and installed. I would recommend this company to everyone and have, in fact, handed out several of their business cards to friends. I highly recommend this company for their prompt service, knowledge and very fair costs.

My laptop was unable to discover networks. They installed new drivers; I thought it may have been something different; you can't set a price on honest & integrity. I will come again with whatever problems I may have; there are four laptops in my family. Thank you Russell.

The service is outstanding, professional, and fast. The company is the best IT professional in the area by far. They are the best and most honest people you can deal with. They know their business and they treat you fair. I will continue to deal with them and recommend them for hardware products and advice because they continue to have the best products available and know the latest info on industry developments. They will research things they don’t immediately know and give you great service. They also take the time to walk you through anything that you don't understand, by person and online. I have been locked out of a computer and been back in and online the same day, every time, thanks to these people The owner takes a high degree of pride in his work, customer service, and professionalism. I highly recommend this store and their advice.
