Pet AuPair is fantastic and we try to use them every time we go out of town. Our dog has really bad separation anxiety and she does so much better when we have Carol stay with her. I highly recommend using Pet AuPair!

Staff watched our two fur-babies while we had traveled out of state. They were amazing and it was a peace of mind to know someone was in our home and cuddling, walking, feeding, and pampering our pups! Would highly recommend them and continue to book them for future vacations!

Carol stepped in to pet sit after our greyhound had a bad experience at the kennel. She has been our pet sitter ever since. She also takes excellent care of our two senior cats; one requires insulin shots twice daily.

In home pet sitting is important to me for security reasons and my pets health. Carol took the time to understand each dog's temperament. That's very important when you need to make fast connections in order to take over as the house lead.

FAQs

  • What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

We are a professional sitting service, bonded and insured. All pets and owner requirements are different. Our typical rate is $70 from 2:00 pm-2:00pm, however depending on the needs of the pet/s our final quote is given at the time of consultation.

  • What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

If we are available, we set up a consultation to meet client and pet. Price for a job is given at that time after a contract is signed.

  • What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

Not all pet sitters are equally professional and competent. Your Pet Nana encourages you to check references prior to hiring, Be sure your sitter is bonded, offers pet insurance and has passed a background check. Be confident your home and your pet are safe and protected.
