- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We provide a 5 year warranty minimum. We run frequent specials. We provide greater discounts in the winter, and early spring months.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Scheduling a free estimate, emailing them the quote, answering any questions, and addressing any concerns, agreeing to a price, evaluating customer expectations, and placing them on the schedule after we are all on the same page.
