- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been working in health & wellness and food services for the past 4 years. Have worked in fine dining restaurants for half of that time. I’m ServSafe certified and have two certificates of completion from the world’s leading nutrition coaching program. I am currently obtaining my Master’s in Nutrition.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I’ve always loved to cook, but it wasn’t until my dad passed away that I took nutrition more seriously and fell in love with it.
