I had some exterior trim work done on my house from water damage and Jonathan Floyd did a great job!! He was very professional, timely and reasonable. I will be using him for other projects around my home in the future.

Contractor removed, replaced and painted some rotted soffit and fascia boards on our front porch overhang. Contractor showed up on time for both the estimate appointment and the actual work. Work was completed in a timely fashion and for the price quoted in the estimate. We are completely satisfied with the contractor and the finished product. We would use this contractor again and recommend his services to others.

Mr. Floyd painted almost my entire house, I am so pleased with his work. He was also helpful when I was choosing my colors. There are so many shades to a color. He has been prompt, helpful and trustworthy.

Maybe a little miscommunication upfront and a bigger project than he signed up for, however he came in and prepped walls which is more than can be expected from most painters. With good time and clients he will be hard to beat for his costs. He is up front with where he is and when he will arrive so you are well aware when to expect him. This is certainly a plus for this industry. Only negative star was for clean up and some miscommunications. Otherwise he is worth the hire!

My house was in terrible shape and needed a professional paint job I received that from Delux Paint and Tile. I highly recommend this company. The outside painting was exceptional. Thank you. It is quite obvious that you take pride in your work.
