- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My prices are competitive but reasonable. Accuracy, timeliness, and reliability are the cornerstone of my business. As a professional Mobile Notary, I differentiate from your local bank or shipping store by offering convenience with a proven track record of excellence and personalized service. Let me alleviate the guess work and hassle of driving around town searching for a Notary Public only to discover they are out of the office or they are only authorized to notarize certain documents. My hours are 8am-8pm, 7 days a week. As a Traveling Notary, the service I offer is the mobility to come to you, at the time and place, most convenient for you. I am trained and certified by the National Notary Association. In addition, every year I go through a very extensive criminal background check for your peace of mind.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I tailor my services according to the needs of the customer. I usually start by asking about the type of document that needs notarized. I have a flexible schedule and offer flexible meeting locations so the next question I ask is how soon would you would like to get it done. As a Mobile Notary, I bring my business to you! You get to decide on the perfect meeting location that is most convenient for you; whether it be your home, your office, or your kids soccer game.
