- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
$200 creative fee with a $50 print credit
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Pre-consultation at a local coffee shop to discuss session details and get to know each other, sign contract and receive retainer fee, and go over product menu and investment of heirloom items. Then the session which typically last an hour depending on the session type. Full payment for the creative fee is due at that time. Once photos are edited we will meet again for a review party. I will play a slideshow of your images and you will see the photos for the first time. After the slideshow it is time to place your image order. You may use your $50 print credit toward heirloom items or al a carte items. Digitals may also be purchase at the ordering session. 2-3 weeks later your beautiful, high quality prints or albums will arrive and be delivered to you.
