- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I have priced my packages based on the experience I have and the amount of time I put into editing. My prices represent the quality you will receive. Remember quality is better than quantity.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to consult with them over the phone to understand their interests. I set up one face to face prior to our session so they can get to know me and I them.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
When my husband joined the military, we were informed that we would be moving to a England. I bought my first DSLR camera to photograph our life over there and our adventures. Then, we got pregnant with our first child and I wanted to document his entire life overseas. Some close friends new I took pictures for fun, they asked me to photograph their little ones so I did. I realized I enjoyed it A LOT. I took some breaks here and there but, when I lived in North Dakota, that’s when my business flourished and that’s when I knew I wanted to do this Full Time.
