FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We do our work and pricing by the job and everyone is different, so I just price by the job, however our price is well below our competitors so before you make your final decision give us a call and see if you can't save some money and who knows you may want something else done not to mention the quality of the work we offer is second to none.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to come out and look at the jobs to see what needs to be done and what all is needed to do the job with, then we give quotes and if the client is willing to give me the work then I get them to sign a contract for there's and I benefits and so that we both get what is owed to us. Then after all the paperwork is through then my crew and I get the job done.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I started my life of in construction when I was 14 yes old. My grandfather taught me to roof and paint at an even younger age, but from the time I was 14 I have worked in some form of construction. I was taught roofing, painting, flooring, and building by the time I was 18, and then I went to work for a plumbing company for 2 yrs before going to Trenholm state technical college for automotive service technician in 2008 till 2009. Then since then I have been doing my own work for myself and I started out working on cars for myself with Malone's automotive repair and that lasted from 2010 till 2014 and I was almost sued but won the lawsuit, just decided helping people wasn't all it was cut out to be, so I moved back to Montgomery AL, and started Malone's residential repairs & flooring.
