The job was to diagnose and fix problems with toilets which water was heard running. Michael, the plumber was, professional, knowledgable, and polite. He explained what the problem was, and what would be necessary to fix it. I would recommend Michael from Mastercraft, heating, cooling, and plumbing to my friends as well as trust him to take care of any future needs.

We had Michael service our HVAC in December and he told us he would need to come back the first of he summer. We called him and scheduled a time and he was a no show/no call. We called the next day and again, he was a no show, no call. The company we finally hired to service the unit told us he had overfilled our unit with freon in December. Unreliable!

How did you get started doing this type of work?
I went to Gardendale vocational school in the afternoons my 10th,11th&12th grade and took HVAC, I graduated high school from Erwin in 1996. I went to Bessemer State Tech 1996-1998. I became state certified by the Alabama Board of Heating & Air Conditioning in 1997. I was working for Honeywell Controls then.
