Our technicians provide written guaranteed pricing before starting any work, regardless of whether it takes two hours or two days. The scope of work may not affect the price, eliminating any surprises. Additionally, we offer special discounts for first responders and military personnel. Lastly, members of our Safety & Savings Plan enjoy a 15% discount on our services.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We offer convenient scheduling with 3-hour windows, and we'll provide a 30-minute advance call before sending out our technicians, so you don't have to wait unnecessarily. Our skilled technicians will conduct a thorough evaluation of your entire electrical system to ensure safety and functionality. They will then present you with various options, allowing you to choose the solution that best suits your needs.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We prioritize ongoing training and development, dedicating two sessions per week to stay up-to-date on the latest advancements in electrical technology and customer service practices.
