My pricing is based upon the services desired as well as the amount of travel involved.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The client will complete a self assessment as to their history, skills and fitness level. I will then work with them to develop reasonable goals.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a certified personal training and a certified running and triathlon coach.
