- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Due to recent circumstances, I have began charging a $50 good faith deposit which assures our and our clients time is being used appropriately.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
1. Send me a request including trip dates, locations of interest, budget, how many people will be going. 2. Client pays deposit for work to begin. 3. Working on this information 3-5 days typically - I gather a list of 2-3 packages that I will email the client. 4. The client will respond. 5. I work with the client to gather the necessary travel information and we work together to book their trip. Also, I am always a phone call away should any issues arise.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have many different certifications, mostly all-inclusive locations that have provided me a great insight on the world of travel.
