Introduction: I am a master concrete finisher. I am able to place and finish concrete for various types of projects such as: decorative concrete, driveways, curbs/sideways, foundations, retainer walls, etc. Specializing in both residential and commercial projects. My number one priority is to please the customer by giving them exactly what they want the 1st time. It excites me to be able to take a customers vision and turning it into a reality.

Our home needed an accessible entrance for us to age in place. After many searches of BBB, social media and contractual apps coupled with interviewing other industry professionals J and L Murphy have the best verifiable knowledge of the product rooted with stellar customer service. Based on ADA specifications, structural engineers, and code compliance, we as homeowners felt confident that a supervisor on site was not needed to verify the process was handled accurately. The meticulous team that J&L Murphy employs from initial contact, conceptual design, concrete structures, and completion is a bonus that any corporation or residence will value for brick work , foundation, and much more. His large-scale commercial jobs did not alter his availability for an individual homeowners project. If you search for quality that you thought had been lost, try J&L Murphy.

Over the last week of June, Jonathan and his team installed a permanent sidewalk in our backyard to replace a gravel pathway with pavers. Jonathan was extremely easy to work with! He was a two-way communicator - providing his input and asking for our input when needed. He and his team worked hard, building the forms, "trucking" the concrete by wheelbarrow (to minimize damage to our lawn), making tweaks where needed, and especially while covering the freshly poured concrete when it started pouring rain! Further, they were very conscientious not to damage the lines to our irrigation system. Additionally, his prices were very competitive. We're thankful for no more slipping on the gravel pathway and wish we had done this project years ago!

I would recommend J&L Murphy’s Concrete, LLC to anyone needing brick work or repairs done. Jonathan was professional, dependable and responsive to all concerns and questions. He and his crew did an excellent job, cleaned up the area and when he left, things were as good as new. I would not hesitate to call them again should they need arise. Dependability is a virtue that is lacking with most contractors, thankfully this is not a problem with J&L Concrete. Thanks to Jonathan and crew!

Jonathan of J&L Murphy Concrete turned my eyesore property into an eye catcher. This company has exceeded my expectation and even though they are busy with multiple projects.
