- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Standard rate is $50.00 per hour. Prices vary based on travel time, set up time and length of play time.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Phone interview. Meeting face to face is important to me. Once a customer has paid the deposit and hired me, I get to work on their project and follow up with them many times leading up to the day of their event.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am self taught. Every event is a new experience and I learn something new daily.
