She did over 3 loads of our laundry, wiped down all surfaces, swept, cleaned the couches, steam cleaned the floorsbasically made our entire house look brand new in just one hour. Shes a grown woman with kids and a business and has planned to come to our house this Saturday and Sunday 5/17 and 5/18 and she is reading my message and then blocking my phone number rather than just saying Im so sorry something came up or I didnt write this down or anything just trying to be professional. I had to use my husband account to write this because she blocked me on Facebook. I own a business myself and Ive never done this childish thing. We had planned this weekend like three weeks ago on the phone with Abigail and she gave us these dates so very aggravating for a grown person not to be professional as we literally couldve had other plans. DO NOT RECOMMEND

Thank you for your feedback. We sincerely apologize that you are disappointed with your experience. We did speak on the phone regarding your request for services on May 17th and 18th. To clarify, you were asking for our services for two full days for a total of $180 without a specified end time.
During that conversation, we communicated that we were unable to provide our services for the full two days at that price. We regret that we were unable to come to a mutual agreement on the scope of work and pricing.
