We are a small group of experienced local industry professionals that rely on word of mouth and online reviews to support our business. This allows us to spend more time on each project and carefully craft custom repair plans.
We offer high-end repairs and service quality, but we don't sponsor major sports teams and you wont see our ads on TV, which allows us to offer affordable pricing.
We stand by our work and back it with a Lifetime Warranty. If something goes wrong, you can rest assured we'll be back to fix it.

Reasonably priced and good work. I really appreciate that the company was willing to work with me until I was able to save the money to pay for my foundation repair. I only had to pay a deposit up front until the job was done. They honored my estimate for a couple of months before I was able to pay for the job to be completed.

I highly recommend Southern Dry to waterproof your den and basement area. They were prompt and professional. They answered all my questions and concerns I had during the process. They also added extra sheeting to the basement wall without extra charge simply because I asked. Their pricing was lower than all the other companies I had interviewed.

I work for a company where I am required to get more than two bids when a job is over a certain amount of money. Not only was SouthrenDry the best price, but they also had the best customer service. Calvin was very informative and honest from the day we met on site. The install crew was just as good. So far they have stopped all the water issues that we have been dealing with over the last 15 years. This was by far the easiest contracted job that I have ever done while working for my company. I would greatly recommend them for all your waterproofing needs.

Fast reliable service and the crew was both polite and cleaned the job sight. There are alot of others out there but John takes pride in their work.Had one small issue and the John took care of it himself.
