- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
PERSONAL CHEF PROCESS A personal interview will be conducted with each client to determine what they like to eat, how they like to eat, and whether or not they have any special dietary needs that need to be met. We can custom design meals for that client to satisfy those needs and desires. If that person does not like, or may have an allergy to a particular type of food, then that food never reaches their pallet. After completing the client assessment interview, Magic City Chefs will plan meals for their customer’s selection, customize recipes, shop for fresh ingredients, and prepare multiple delicious, healthy dinners for clients in the client’s own kitchen. The clients then enjoy all of these delicious, freshly prepared meals at their leisure. Not only do we prepare the meals but we also package, label and leave specific handling instructions for each meal. Once we are finished we clean up the client’s kitchen and leave like we were never there. Only the aromas of freshly prepared food and the cleanliness of the kitchen alert the client to us have been there. DINNER PARTIES A dinner party is an excellent way to celebrate any occasion! There is nothing like bringing people together around great food that evokes happiness. We offer private parties and can come to your home or to your favorite event venue. After a consultation I can help you co-host your party cooking and interacting with your guest to help take the stress off your next event. SPECIALTY CAKES, BREADS & DESSERTS I make all items from scratch and deliver and set up when needed.

I have over 15 years of experience in the food service industry. I have degrees in both culinary arts, baking and confectionery arts. I am a military veteran. I am serv-safe certified I have liability insurance
