- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been baking and decorating cakes since I was 14. I have completed all of the Wilton cake decorating classes. This year I decided to take it up to the top level and now in culinary training at Trenholm Tech for my pastry chef degree my training also includes all manner of savory cooking as well as having cooked for a husband and 4 sons who are now grown
- What types of customers have you worked with?
I have taught culinary classes to middle schoolers to adults. It’s always great fun to teach because I am always taught also.
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Ask to taste some of their cooking. Beautiful food is important, but it must taste amazing above all else
