- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I will work with any budget, any person, just communicate with me. Military and service personnel (EMT, police, RNs, etc) receive 10% off.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We will talk about what you'd like your end result to look like, let me get a feel for you and what you will use the pictures for. I like each session to feel unique and tailored to you.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Because I am a nurse, I have a natural professional demeanor enabling me to make my clients feel comfortable and multitask like a boss. I can switch gears smoothly, don't get overwhelmed easily, and understand customer service very well. I have a natural drive for excellence and ingrained work ethic. My husband and photography partner is a computer software engineer and in the armed forces. His sense of responsibility and knack for technology is unrivaled. He's very good with kids, making children and family shoots a joy, and his warm personality makes him a favorite at weddings. We are constantly training, learning, and certifying ourselves in portraiture, lighting, posing, and the newest technology.
