- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Each request is different because of location and time of the year. I have to take into consideration how much expense I will have in going to the location. Time of the year such as Thanksgiving or Christmas will have to be considered because of how much time to spend away from family during the holidays.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to be professional and personal. I have 20 years of experience. I like to be available to the customer. My process is to guide them through the experience of the wedding ceremony if requested to do so. I like to give an A-Z of what I can do for them.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I graduated from Samford University in 1989 and Southwestern Baptist Seminary in 1992. I have been in the ministry since 1985 and have been performing weddings since 1996.
