My overall experience was wonderful. Plumbing issues can be pretty stressful. But when you can go to work and come home to a job well done, it makes life a lot easier. I was looking for a cheap fix, but he assured me his way would be cost effective and the job would be done the way it was suppose to be done. He did exactly what he said, I'm a very satisfied customer!!!

Don't hire them!! Spend your money better. If i can give no star i would have opted for that. Spent double the amount from the initial estimate. They have no idea how to do, i was there every step to watch over. The whole project estimate time was 1 week but they completed it in 1 month. Tiles are cut uneven,layed uneven , Put wrong pipes and i had to get another contractors to do the plumbing again. Finally they placed the tiles and left grout everywhere. When i questioned them i was told its a mist and would wipe off once the grout dries but guess what once it dried and its not mist its the grout all over the tile and i had to clean with a putty knife. They broke my glass while instalation and then made me pay for the glass after promising me that they would pay for it. After 2 weeks i get the glass and the person who came to install the glass was surprised at how the hinges where mounted. They had reposition the hinges and now i am left with holes which i had to fill with grout to cover them. These guys are just horrible. I don't have words to describe my experience and dissatisfaction. The time i spend and the agony you had to go through is just not worth. Just disgusting.

This customer Failed to give both sides of the story and failed to show the end picture. They had me to start the job with discontinued tile and non to match the existing..lol. The job took three weeks as they said because I was not available due to I was elsewhere also my guys had to clean up cement from other tiles just to complete their job for them. After I increased the price due to extra charges from additional jobs they included, He told me my price was too high. How do you tell me what you are not going to pay after I did the job. These pics are shown after I told them to finish it yourself. You wont pay me my worth, then do it yourself and go figure..LOL. I will happly serve someone else more honest ..see my other photos and judge for yourself..I'm an Honest Christian Contractor.

M&R Services has gained over 27 years of on job training by learning from mistakes in the past, taking in good advice from previous old school contractors and now become an old schooled by teaching others. Training further came from various courses in trade school '' Carver State Technical College. Became familiar with building codes of Alabama and following.
