- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Material prices vary I can always give you a solid labor cost but when it comes to materials you should expect a close estimate but never exact I always provide receipts for materials but in construction materials are never an exact science

I am always researching new products and the most cutting edge and cost cutting methods of doing things
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I was born into it my grandfather built houses my mom and dad ran a paint company both of my brothers are in construction it runs in the family
